Welcome to the class where cell phone use, emailing and videography are encouraged. Are you the friend that everyone looks to for financial advice? Do you think you have great tips to share on the secrets of money management? Then this contest is for you!
Tell us one of your money management secrets – in a 1-2 minute video you’ve created – and we may just share our cash with you! Your video can be anything about your sound money management skills—do you know the secret to saving, have you built a rock-solid credit foundation, or perhaps there’s an important money lesson you learned the hard way. Tell us, and remember to be creative, detailed and outgoing!
All videos can be uploaded through the form below and once screened for content, will be posted on Apple's blog at HowBoutThemApples.org. Then, rally support from your family, friends, neighbors, etc. by sharing your video by asking them to rate your video. The video with the best average rating will be crowned the HowBoutThemApples.org Money Management 101 Guru and receive a $500 grand prize! Runner-up to receive $250.
The winner will be interviewed by an Apple FCU representative for special feature on HowBoutThemApples.org. He or she will then follow up with Apple by publishing two additional video blogs to show how they spent the prize money. (No videos featuring Scrooge McDuck swimming in money please).
